4. Data collection on our website

Cookies

Contact form

Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

 

Special note on application data

 

We as a company are legally obliged to store our entire email correspondence in a revision-proof manner. In particular application data, however, in case the application does not result in a work contract, have to be deleted after 6 months. Separating and deleting such data in a legally compliant ways is only possible when you send your application exclusively to the email address jobs(at)framas.com, because it is not possible to subsequently filter and delete such data. We have implemented a concept for deletion that complies with the legal obligation to retain data pursuant to Sec. 257 para. 5 Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch – HGB) and Sec. 147 para. 4 Tax Code (Abgabenordnung – AO).
